About our Dragonsteel® leatherbound edition titles

All Dragonsteel® leatherbound edition titles are deluxe, high quality books well above the standard hardcover available elsewhere. Each book is—at minimum—bound in premium bonded-leather. All books include foiled symbols embossed on cover and spine, are printed in 2-color offset inks on quality, acid-free paper, include a bound-in satin-ribbon bookmark, full-color endpapers, gilded page edges in either gold- or silver-colored foil, and the pages are smyth-sewn, not glued like most regular books. Any of these books can stand alone as a show-piece for your personal library, but they also look amazing when displayed together. With special care taken in page layout and book structure, these books are designed to provide an enjoyable and comfortable reading experience. They are an excellent way to celebrate your love of the Cosmere.

Elantris

This special deluxe edition of the 10th Anniversary Edition of Elantris was the first ever Dragonsteel® leatherbound edition title. It is covered in dark blue premium bonded-leather and includes a 16-page full-color insert at the beginning of the book highlights some of our favorite Elantris covers from around the world. Full-color endpapers are by Alain Brion

Warbreaker

The Dragonsteel® leatherbound edition of Warbreaker includes the words of the God King in purple. Full-color endpapers are by Dan dos Santos. A 4-page 4-color offset art gallery starts off the edition, and placed throughout are new, never-before-seen illustrations by some of today's most in-demand illustrators.

Mistborn: The Final Empire

The first volume of the Mistborn™ Saga. Full-color endpapers by Steve Argyle. A 24-page 4-color offset art gallery starts off the edition and features never-before seen artwork and a new 2-page map of the Final Empire.

While the new leather is almost indistinguishable from the old, you might notice slight variations.

The Way of Kings

Dragonsteel Entertainment is proud to present the 10th Anniversary Leatherbound Edition of The Way of Kings, book one in the The Stormlight Archive®.

We are committed to beautiful books, and we've elevated the quality even more than before with this edition. Unique to our leatherbound titles in The Stormlight Archive®, The Way of Kings comes in a beautiful two volume set, is bound in a genuine leather of an even higher quality than the bonded-leather used on our other books, and includes a cloth covered slipcase with the Stormlight Archive® symbol in blue foil on the front.

These volumes contain full-color endpapers by Michael Whelan, Howard Lyon, and Isaac Stewart, and two-color gold and blue foiling on the covers, spines, and backs. Each volume begins with an 8-page gallery of full-color artwork, including cover illustrations from around the world, commissioned pieces, and top-notch fan art. In addition to 2-color versions of all of the original interior maps and art, there are a few new 2-color pieces by Ben McSweeney and Käri Christensen, and five new end-of-part illustrations by the talented Steve Argyle. Spread across the two volumes are seven new full-color interior pieces by Miranda Meeks, Dan dos Santos, Micah Epstein, Audrey Hotte, Bryan Mark Taylor, and Steve Argyle. Additionally, Jian Guo has created stunning reimagined versions of the chapter arches.
