Returns Policy
We do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us promptly with your concern and we will quickly assess if an exchange, refund, or return is necessary. The request must be made within 30 days from the date it was delivered. We take pride in personal customer service so each instance will be considered individually.

When you place an order, please select the appropriate type of mail service you require.
Orders will be processed and shipped at least once a week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for handling. This applies to all products unless otherwise listed in the product details.
We only ship to countries that we know have reliable postal systems. If your country is not on the list, please send us an email to discuss it with us.
International orders have a shipping schedule all their own. Please allow at least six weeks from the time it was shipped before requesting a replacement or refund. A tracking number will be provided for all international orders, please check the tracking before contacting us.
We are not responsible for extra fees and/or taxes that your country may incur on your package.
